What is STOAK?
"STOAK" comes from the symbolism represented by the OAK Tree being strength, stability, endurance, longevity, and power as well as its deep roots. Allie wanted her roots represented as well so she found it in her last name AuSTin. The goal of "STOAK" is to help others on their lifelong journeys of maintaining the qualities represented by the Oak.
Meet Allie Austin!
Allie is a lifetime resident of Barker, NY. She graduated from Barker Central School in 2015 where she was a three-sport athlete. She continued her love of sports in college where she learned and played D3 Women's Lacrosse. Once her organized sports career was over, she found a love for group fitness. She was drawn to it's supportive energy, motivation boost, and sense of community. Allison became ACE® Certified in Group Fitness to bring it closer to home; thus STOAK Fitness was born.
