A high energy cardio and strength training class designed to build stamina, improve conditioning, and push your work capacity through constantly varied intensity. Using bands, dumbbells, agility tools, and functional equipment, this class blends strength based movement with cardio driven intervals to keep your body challenged and your mind locked in from start to finish. Expect a mix of low and high intensity moments that test endurance, power, and recovery while keeping the pace dynamic and engaging. Sessions may occasionally be held outdoors to add variety and an extra layer of challenge. This class is fast paced, sweat heavy, and built to leave you feeling energized, accomplished, and STOAK strong.
