Service Description
A full body strength class built around music, movement, and endurance. Using dumbbells and lightweight barbells with adjustable plates, we lift to the beat through choreographed strength tracks designed to challenge every major muscle group. Each song focuses on a different area of the body, creating a rhythm driven workout that blends strength training with muscular endurance and nonstop energy. Expect squats, presses, rows, curls, lunges, and core work layered into a format that keeps you moving from the first track to the final rep. Weight selection is customizable, making the class approachable for all fitness levels while still delivering a serious burn. This is strength training with a pulse. Precision, power, and music woven together into one sweat soaked session at STOAK. *Please arrive to class at least 5 minutes early to set up your (weight selection) for class.
