Lower Body Strength combines dumbbells, kettlebells, and bands to fire up your quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves through powerful trrsets, tempo work, and targeted finishers. Expect lunges, squats, deadlifts, and explosive movements that build strength, stability, and endurance. Whether you're looking to build muscle, improve performance, or just feel the burn, this class will be there to improve your lower body's muscular endurance
