Service Description
A full body strength training class designed to build power, stability, endurance, and control through purposeful movement. Using kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, and a variety of functional equipment, each workout combines strength focused exercises with explosive power work, balance training, and muscular endurance challenges to create a well rounded training experience. Expect a mix of upper body, lower body, core, and total body movements that improve overall strength, coordination, and performance both inside and outside the gym. From controlled lifts to athletic movement patterns, every class is designed to challenge the body in different ways while remaining approachable for all fitness levels.
